For the second year in a row, OHBOY was engaged by IAL to film and photograph the Learning Enterprise Ailliance Award and MOU Signing ceremony. The video features shots and soundbites from the event, as well as interviews with 3 members of LEA who share about the challenges they face in attracting manpower and how they look forward to rolling out initiatives that can transform their businesses, like job redesign and workplace learning .
