This video captures the highlights of an event to induct new members of the Learning Enterprise Alliance, an initiative which facilitates a culture of knowledge sharing between enterprises and Training and Adult Education practitioners, as well as the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between IAL and eight enterprise partners to bolster workforce learning capabilities.
