1. Writer

  • Creation of proposals, concepts and scripts for a range of short-form video content, including corporate, promotional and event videos
  • All associated tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Attending project briefings
    • Conducting of research into clients, interviewees, video concepts and relevant subject areas as required for projects
    • Creative conceptualization, including the development and proposal of video styles and structures
    • Responding to, preparing and submitting of tender bids and other procurement opportunities
    • Pitching and presentation of video concepts and proposals
    • Development of video concepts and proposals into full scripts
    • Working with directors to translate their creative vision on paper
    • Development of picture boards
    • Transcription and identifying of soundbites from interviews


  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for a junior role
  • Applicants should be able to write for a range of genres, including factual content, narratives, variety etc
  • Applicants should be adept at balancing between creative vision and concerns such as budget, schedule and client requirements
  • Applicants should be independent and resourceful in conducting research to support their writing
  • Applicants should be able to integrate inputs from other creatives to produce their writing

2. Motion Graphics Artist


  • Preparing the design, concept and layout of motion graphic projects
  • Planning and executing motion graphics projects, including the management of all related artistic and technical elements
  • Working with the production team to understand project scope and objectives, and to resolve technical and/or design issues
  • Working on multiple projects concurrently, balancing time constraints whilst maintaining quality
  • Maintaining and following best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of files
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends in motion design, new technologies and software


  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role. Applicants with less experience may be considered for a junior position
  • Applicants should be proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe photoshop, and have a good grasp of typography
  • Experience with Cinema 4D and visual effects will be a plus
  • Applicants should have a strong visual eye, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with client branding and preferences
  • Applicants should be able to work independently or in a small team
  • Applicants must have good time management, communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
